30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and certain personal care or hygiene products once opened.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

UK & European Cancellation Rights

Where applicable, customers may have a statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Certain products may be exempt from cancellation rights, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your experience with the product. We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess your claim.

If your claim is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is separate from our standard 30-day returns policy and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
